PAYMENT POLICY:

Please be advised that there are two payment options for Rebel Tribe:

1.) One time payment for the ten Rebel Tribe sessions.

2.) Monthly payments for the ten Rebel Tribe sessions to be collected each month from signup.

Rebel Tribe is a closed group and requires a payment commitment to all ten sessions regardless of attendance.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the policies set out above. I understand the payment policy and agree to pay either a one time payment or a monthly payment for the ten Rebel Tribe ses-sions to be charged to my credit card, regardless of my ability to at-tend any given session.
